Join us for a cultural outing in Durban – a coastal city in eastern South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province, renowned for its blend of African, Indian, and colonial heritage. Learn about the great King Shaka and the legendary Chief Albert Luthuli and experience their stories for yourself.
The Shaka Memorial is a provincial heritage site in KwaDukuza in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. The Luthuli Museum is a site of international historical significance. It celebrates the life and legacy of a human rights champion, an exemplary African leader and the recipient of the 1960 Nobel Peace Prize, Chief Albert John Mvumbi Luthuli. The museum is located in Groutville, KwaDukuza in Kwazulu-Natal, just a few miles from the Shaka Memorial.

Game Lodge Safari Drive
A Safari drive in the South African bush is a highlight not to be missed. We will visit a private game lodge and embark on a safari & game drive experience with qualified rangers and trackers on a well-maintained fleet of game safari vehicles—taking you to the best lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, cheetah, and hippo sightings imaginable.
Other species one can expect to see are Giraffe, Eland, Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Blue Wildebeest (Gnu), Red Hartebeest, Tsessebe, Waterbuck, Warthog, Black-backed Jackal, Crocodile, Ostrich, Aardwolf, Aardvark, Brown Hyena, Caracal, Serval, Porcupine, Genet (small-spotted and large-spotted), and the occasional Leopard. The safari vehicles traverse over 8,000 hectares of Indigenous bush vegetation, increasing the chances of good animal sightings.

Union Buildings
A visit to the Union buildings will not go remiss. As the official seat of the South African Government, the Union buildings house the Presidency. You will visit the exquisite gardens where a larger-than-life statue of Nelson Mandela stands.
In 1994, the buildings were the scene of much jubilation as they played host to the inauguration of former President Nelson Mandela, South Africa’s first democratically elected President, and heralded the beginning of a new era in South Africa’s history.

Thurs 18 March 2027
Elephant Sanctuary, Cultural Village, and Lion Safari Park
A visit to South Africa would be incomplete without the opportunity to learn about the many diverse cultures that we as a rainbow nation have. After breakfast, we will head to over to Magaliesburg where we will visit a cultural village that radiates the essence of our heritage.
You can immerse yourself in a cultural tour that will connect the past with the present. Lunch will be served African style at the restaurant in the village.
There is a Curio store on the premises, so you will be able to purchase keepsakes or little souvenirs for those at home.
We will then visit a sanctuary for elephants in Hartbeespoort, where you will be able to interact with these gentle giants. This is a highlight of the tour for many as it offers the opportunity for a visitor to walk hand in trunk with the elephants.
After our interaction with the elephants, we will head back to the hotel where you can rest and freshen up.

Guests will have the opportunity to attend the dedication of the new Kingdom Community South Africa building and witness firsthand the Lord’s faithfulness throughout this remarkable journey. Since its inaugural service in 2021, KCSA has continued to grow in vision, influence and impact, trusting God every step of the way as the building project progressed and was paid off little by little over the years. What began as a step of faith has become a powerful testimony of perseverance, obedience and God’s provision.
We are honoured to dedicate the Kingdom Community SA building to the Lord, marking a sacred moment of faith, purpose and divine alignment. This dedication stands as a testimony to God’s grace and the vision He has placed upon this community, creating a space where His presence will dwell and His work will flourish.
